How waterproof is the A&D SE platform scale? It's submersible. Delivering 4500 hours of continuous operation on a single set of 6'D' batteries, the scales can be used just about anywhere without the need for external power source, making it ideal for use in the seafood industry. Popular platform scales for quota weighing and fish processing. Whilst the A&D SE utilises the same load cell and indicator as the A&D SC series, the A&D SE series scale frame is built from painted steel.
